Project BIOCelMat is focused on developing new composite materials based on cellulose acetate and chitosan, with antimicrobial properties, for food packaging applications. The composites will be prepared using the novel Solution Blow Spinning method (SBS) and the main properties of produced materials are compared with the ones produced using conventional methods.
